Saturation teams are area specific meaning they stay within their designated territory, I.e. north, central, or south. Basically they are teams that are used for any reason. Basically they flood specific target areas showing more of a police presence than what would normally be at the district level. A unit that can be deployed and moved at a whim's notice based on demands and needs.Comment

The mobile strike force was a city wide unit. They all basically do the same things, just different titles.Comment
