Hillard to add 100 cops to the districts

Hillard wants to remove 100 officers from the Mobile Strike Force and put them back in the districts.

Finally someone w/ a brain running the dept. About time they removed some of the 2 year wonders from the mobile smurf force.

yeah but they'll be sent to the war zone southside and westside districts. We need to get more officers to protect the home front as crime is creeping its way in.
